Juan has been to our house twice in the last month. He has been nothing but pleasant, honest and kind. My dad is in his 70’s and in hospice and I know this is a company I can trust to not take advantage of him.

ARS solved an unusual problem that turned out to be a manufacturer issue. Their tech, Brian, was able ti diagnose and find the problem and resolve it. I am impressed and so grateful for ARS and Brian!

Markus is an excellent technician and person. During a routine inspection of our furnace he found a part beginning to fail. He replaced it and the furnace continues to operate properly. I’m happy to have missed a break down due to Markus’s expertise.

Recently, 2 companies gave us outrageously high bids to fix elements of our home that turned out to not be broken. Scary! We were then referred to Justin Lowell of ARS/RescueRooter, literally one of the best service providers ever. He is brilliant, kind, calm, honest and a superb communicator. Awesome service. Fast response on a Friday night, Jonathan was our tech and came within 45 mins of calling after our furnace crashed at 10 degrees outside. Fixed within an hour. Excellent team.

Habebah ,I met that girl yesterday at Home Depot yesterday. I totally ignore her and being little bit rude, I am absolutely very sorry for that. But that girl still helped me out with great smile In her face the whole time. Then I decide to hear The offer she trying to give me, I was surprised you guys provide that low prize for your service, then I make the appointment. Came out some issues in the appointment and fixed it because it was good price. But big thank you to Habebah. For her kindness And patience on me. And I am very sorry too. Service was amazing. That guy was nice too, but I forgot his name. Thank you for everything guys

The technician knew about boilers and how they worked. Went thru the whole heating system with me before he left. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs heating repairs or service.

As usual we received top notched service. It is such a relief to know we have a company that can take care of our needs and cares about us as people. Thank you so much for your consistent and excellent customer service. Technician Markus Apedjinou was efficient and very kind when he came today for our yearly furnace maintenance. We set up a payment plan for the yearly maintenance so it didn't cost anything today. We pay $20 per month which is very doable. Markus spoke with us about installing an air scrubber. He provided detailed information. We can't do it now but I have Markus' business card so we can call him directly if and when we want to move forward. Thanks again for the great service!
