Nate was amazing! He inspected and worked on my homes air conditioning unit. He was so pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable, and informative... he took the time to explain all the work he did and recommendations on what needs to be done in a way that I could understand. He talked about the different options I had on future upgrades/replacements/repairs and their cost without any pressure on buying them NOW... I am so pleased with this experience and plan on using this company in the very near future for some of Nate's recommendations... In addition, Nate refused taking a tip ! Trustworthy & Honest with EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!

I am very happy with the service that was provided today. The technician (Pierre) I feel was honest about the fact that my unit is older and that there are many parts that I could replace, however, it would be best to look at getting a new unit due to the age of it. The technician was not in a hurry and explained things to me in a way that I could understand.

We had a new AC unit installed on Saturday by Dustin and his crew. By 10pm, they said they’d have to come back on Monday to install the thermostat. When they came back, they tried downgrading our promised Nest thermostat to a basic Honeywell. After talking to them for awhile, they decided to put the Nest in. They left and said everything was up and running and there were no problems. After 1-2 hours of running the ac, only warm air was coming out. We had to call to schedule another crew for the THIRD time to come look at it.
This is where my 5 star review comes in…
Thanks to Ulyses and Johan, they were able to see that valves weren’t open and there was a leak from the initial installation. These gentlemen went above and beyond to make sure our air conditioner was working properly BEFORE they left. They even worked in the rain and hail to make sure the job got done! Thank you Ulysses and Johan for your kindness, hard work, and dedication! You both are AMAZING!!

Pierre came out same day and looked at my furnace. He did a real thorough job at showing me pictures of everything he looked at. Also gave me really great pointers to help upkeep my systems! Also a really personable person to easily talk to! Thank you!!

Sal with ARS went above and beyond to help us when our 3-year-old tankless water heater started leaking. He not only handled the entire warranty process to get it replaced under warranty, but also worked with us on labor costs since it was such a new unit. He also facilitated scheduling and addressing an issue with our AC unit, even though that was the HVAC side of ARS and not his department (plumbing). Sal took care of everything and made it stress-free. Another shoutout to ARS and Angel for quickly handling the overcharged AC unit!

I appreciate the prompt and professional service provided by ARS. They worked all day in the heat and completed my installation and let me know when the service was complete and scheduled a time to return and complete the last of the electrical panel replacement. I highly recommend.

Anthony came out to give us a quote for a new ac unit. During his visit, we actually learned that it would be best to get a new furnace as well. He was very helpful and we did not feel as though he was trying to upsell us. We learned that our previous unit was from 1983 (and was still kickin')!
After getting a quote from another contractor, we found prices were similar, but since ARS partners with Lowes, we were able to finance at a 0.99% interest rate for 84 months, while the other companies had a minimum of 7.99% APY. It was a no brainer.
We also ended up getting a new water heater installed too. All appliances were installed without problems and the contractors were very knowledgable. We knew we were in good hands. Thank you ARS!

Adam Vasquez, Gabe, and Caleb were all amazing today with their work. They installed my new AC unit, Water Heater, thermostat, and gas heat split system in a great timely fashion. All three of them were very respectful, caring, and informative. They all made sure i understood what to do and how to troubleshoot in the future with my system. I gave them some water for their hard work today and wish I could have got them lunch as well. These three men have great and clean work, and I would recommend these gentleman for the best jobs. Thank you again to these three very talented men, and thank you to ARS for upgrading my house. Thank you once again!!

I was looking at installing a Heat Pump to help the environment, cut down on heating/aircondlting bills and to take advantage of rebates being offered. Justin was so patient and clear in explaining how it all works. I had a problem in that half of my house uses forced air heating and the other half is baseboard. He explained how a Mini Split could solve the problem and also spent time evaluating the electric panel. What a great person to help!
