I was looking at installing a Heat Pump to help the environment, cut down on heating/aircondlting bills and to take advantage of rebates being offered. Justin was so patient and clear in explaining how it all works. I had a problem in that half of my house uses forced air heating and the other half is baseboard. He explained how a Mini Split could solve the problem and also spent time evaluating the electric panel. What a great person to help!

Felt ARS Rescue Rooter did an excellent job installing a replacement furnace & condenser unit for our home. Keenan Mlinek was the lead installer. The workmanship was very good. Kevin was thorough and walked me through the whole process & hook up with the thermostat. We had an excellent experience & result.

ARS came out to quote furnace and ac unit replacement after a mind blowing quote from another company. Their staff were incredibly friendly and personable (shout out Justin) and knowledgeable about the products we were purchasing. They were able to install two days later. We are extremely happy with the service and will definitely use them for any HVAC/plumbing needs in the future!

Just had an AC unit installed by Adam, Gabe and Adam.
They did a very good job. They’re very hard working, conscientious and were respectful of my property. I’d definitely hire them again.
The salesman Mason was good to work with and the price was inline with other companies.
Glad I went with ARS.

Keenan and Brandon showed up to our home at 10:45 in the morning to replace our furnace and a/c unit, they work through the day in the heat while maintaining a perfessional and courteous attitudes. If those two are an accurate representation of all the ARS techs I highly recommend this outfit

We had water coming out of a drain hole in the washroom basement floor and every time the washer emptied out, water came up and filled the room.
RESCUE ROOTER WAS CALLED AND A VERY NICE GENTLEMAN CAME OUT AND DID AN EXCELLENTCJOB OF FIXING THE PROBLEM. We would absolutely call them again. Very reasonable charges as well. Thank you Rescue Rooter.
