Gas leak in our furnace discovered on Saturday of a holiday weekend. We scheduled an appointment for Sunday morning. Columbus Worthington Air charges no weekend/holiday fees (remarkable customer service!). Scheduling was so easy by phone. The technician who visited, Brett, was efficient and offered clear explanations of the problem and how to fix it. Cost was straightforward. Parts for the repair were not in stock same day. I got a call within 24 hours that parts would be available with the next day's delivery and we were scheduled on that day. The same technician returned to make the repair, communicated well, and was so kind to our jumpy dog. We will not hesitate to use Columbus Worthington Air in the future!

The technician came by and was very respectful and found the issue very quickly and gave great next step ideas for solving the problem. We look forward to with Columbus Worthington Air in the future.

Just got a new heat pump and furnace put in on 216 2026 by Columbus Worthington Air It was a little bumpy because it's a new system but overall, I am completely satisfied with this company. I look forward to the many years that we have together with preventive maintenance and service calls should they arise on my two new units?

Great communication and service!! They were running late and more than made up for it with communication and a great hvac tech. The tech, Robert, was nice and explained the problem. He also did a great job explaining the service agreement, which is a great deal that I signed up for.

Delonte took great care of us with a quote, financing, scheduling and getting HVAC updates on our home. As first time home buyers we appreciated the detail he gave of each necessary repair and that he didn’t push any extras or what we couldn’t afford. He went above and beyond and had amazing customer service. Definitely will be referring him to family and friends.

Jacob was the service Tech. He was friendly, and very professional. He diagnosed the problem and corrected very quickly. He also gave me some useful advice about maintaining the the whole house humidifier.

I called at 530 am and they were here by 9 to fix my furnace. Drew showed me and explained what was wrong. Even educated me about different filters. The part wasnt available that day. Chris came the second day and was just as knowledgeable and pleasant. Within 45 minutes, the furnace was up and running. The system was under their 10 year warranty so I paid for only labor. I have used CWA for 13 years (including servicing an old and installing a new system) and will continue to have them service my HVAC system.

The technicians arrived on time and did a great job installing our new HVAC system. They explained how to use the new thermostat and hooked it up to the internet. They cleaned up the installation area were done in just a few hours.

fairly nice system check up deal but you can find cheaper. Very knowledgeable. Just talking to the repair person was worth that. Learned a lot thx rob ur the best. still don't think a 2-year-old AC unit needed sprayed off but oh well lol

Drew Smith did an excellent job educating us on what equipment would work best for our home. He took the time to understand what our needs were and didn't try to over sell us on products or features that were unnecessary. He did what he could to apply any discounts available to give us the best price possible. He was up front about the probability of the cost being higher than competitors, but clearly explained how Columbus Worthington Air far exceeds others with their warranty and service. I had fully planned to shop around for our new heating and cooling system. Drew Smith was the first person I spoke to about one and I didn't feel the need to look any further. We've had the system for almost a year now. It's much more efficient. Our bills have gone down just like Drew had mentioned. We couldn't be happier.
We just had an HVAC system tune up performed by Columbus Worthington Air. The service technician, Ethan, was very friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job and also offered great tips and advice. We got an great price on the service through Home Depot.
We have had nothing but great experiences from Columbus Worthington Air from sales to installation to service! We will continue to use them for all our HVAC needs.
