Michael’s focus and dedication to solving our problem has been excellent! The problem turned out to be complicated, requiring several trips out to our house to test, report, follow up, and eventually replace parts. Michael communicated every detail to us in a straightforward, honest way, and stayed on the job until it was finished. Our mini-split unit is back up and running and we have a new warranty from Columbus Worthington Air on the replaced parts and the workmanship. Thanks, Michael! And thanks CWA!

I was in Home Depot yesterday and received a promotional HVAC season check up voucher with Columbus Worthington Air. It was a true bargain. I made an appointment for the next day. Kevin arrived, on time, he was pleasant and courteous. He went straight to work checking my HVAC system. Once he was done, he took the time to explained my systems functions to me , answer my questions, which were many, and described possible problems in the future. I’m very grateful and thankful for your services. I will include Columbus Worthington Air to my phone contacts.

Our experience with them was spectacular. They were here quickly on the first call. They laid out exactly what our cost would be. They put no pressure on us to sign anything. They were completely transparent, prompt, quick to return calls, and polite. The workers did a great job and were very careful with our home.

Replaced heat exchanger less than 8 years old. Bryant furnace still under warranty but $1600 for labor. Service was prompt, professional, friendly and efficient.

When my AC broke, I was “in the lavender haze,” sweating and crying like “teardrops on my guitar.” Then Columbus Worthington Air showed up and said “you need to calm down.”
Now my house is so cool it’s “like snow on the beach.” The techs were “never late and always on their game,” and honestly, “this is why we can have nice things”—because Columbus Worthington Air took care of them all. (Taylor Swift puns for those who didn’t get it)
Drew our sales rep was GREAT, so patient and such a pleasure to work with. He understood my dad was older and needed a little more time, and explanation. He became part of the family in his short time here! Drew if you see this “cue The Smallest Man Who Ever Lived”, and I hope your wife likes the new album 🧡🩵

Our serviceman Ethan was very professional and determined our problem in no time at all. His testing of our A/C unit showed 2 issues, both of which were fixed immediately. GREAT service and quick repair! It doesn't get any beter than that!

CWA just installed a new AC unit for me. I found all their employees, that I dealt with to be very knowledgeable and excellent, at what they do (sales, service & install). The folks at CWA made the whole process seamless. I appreciate that their only focus is 24/7 HVAC. I will certainly call them again for any heating or cooling service needs in my home.

We are very pleased with the AC repair provided on 9/30 by Brad from Columbus Worthington Air. He showed up on time, did a thorough check of the system, and was professional and informative throughout. He installed the UV system in the AC duct in just a few minutes. We have always had good service from CWA.

Damian was my technician today and he was outstanding. Extremely thorough, and explained everything he was doing as he was doing it. Although we need a new unit he didn't leave a stone unturned! He then sent out Delonte to give us a quote for a new system. Delonte was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and honest. He was able to save us some money making Columbus Worthington Air the company we decided to move forward with. Definitely let these men help you with your heating and cooling needs! Highly recommend!

Kevin, the service tech, did our HVAC Fall
Prep/maintenance this morning. He was timely, thorough, and patient with his time here. Explained everything well and with detail, maintenance was done, and a part was replaced under warranty.
I highly rate and recommend Kevin. Thank you.
Fyi- (I’m a service plan member and the part was under warranty, that is why price is much lower than it would have been).

Mikele Cumberland (the technician) inspected my heat pump for the winter. He explained the issues and the solution. Mold was accumulating in my Heat Pump. The black spots in the picture is the mold. The solution was an air scrubber.
He was very professional.

My service tech was Hamidou Diallo. He was very professional and pleasant to talk with. Hamidou clearly explained what maintenance was done. He explained potential issues in the future. Answered all my questions. He completed maintenance on the heat pump without leaving attic insulation everywhere. Thank you Columbus Worthington Air for having such wonderful people at your company.

The full experience was great from start to end. Scheduled online, received text confirmation and updates for tech arrival.
Kevin was my tech and was at my house for a heater checkup. He came in and quickly went about his work. After reviewing a few things he noticed a problem and explained details and resolution. He finalized his review and explained his complete findings thoroughly and fairly.
I requested that he repair a drainage issue he noticed. He completed the work quickly and explained what he did once he was done.
