Brad came out on Tuesday morning to do the $49 furnace check. He discovered a crack in the heating core of my 24 year old furnace. He gave me options to repair or replace. I went with the replacement option for the whole HVAC system. Brian came out about an hour later and went through estimates and options. After I decided on one, he said the crew would be out at 8am on Wednesday. They showed up on time and had the whole system installed in about 4 hours. Everyone was prompt, professional and courteous. Everything was cleaned up when finished. I highly recommend Columbus Worthington Air for all your HVAC needs.

I used Home Depot’s contractor network for this referral to CWA. I was very happy with the sales consultant Jeff. He came onsite quickly and provided me with three options. The pricing for a new furnace (install and all in costs) was better than I expected. Cameron and Bryan showed up the next day and completed the installation within 4 hrs. They did a fantastic job/ high quality job. Well done CWA.

Branson and Daniel were very professional in their approach to install our the HVAC System. The company itself was very reactive, as they install the system w/in 2 days of performing maintenance. Thanks for a job well done. My wife is happy.

I was very impressed with them! They quoted me a very reasonable price and had it done two days after going over the options. Would highly recommend them to others. Only thing the installers forgot was to relight the pilot light on the water heater, which I did myself so not a big deal.

My experience with Columbus Worthington Air has always been fantastic! Their technicians are always prompt and lay out the exact cost for their services. I’ve never felt pressure to purchase any of their supplemental products and services. I highly recommend!

Installation was expertly completed with minimal noise! Ba explained what he had done, and I have to say that I thought the old furnace was going to be removed but not necessary. A new component (for want of a better word) was added along with new “piping”. Love our new programmable thermostat also but I wish we could turn down how bright it is as where it is positioned on the wall makes it shine right into our bedroom.

The best result from a bad situation. James was compassionate when demonstrating that our 12-year-old Trane system was a train wreck unworthy of repair. Drew quickly worked with us to select a new Rheem system. The next day, Tyler and Jaron did a beautiful installation. Couldn’t be more pleased.
