On Feb 1, at below freezing temps, our furnace quit working during the night. Columbus Worthinton Air had a Technician out by NOON on the 2nd. Michael Blackburn, arrived and diagnosed and explained the problem. Despite some issues with our old themostat wiring, fixed the issue at fair price.
We appreciate Columbus Worthington Air for responding so quickly. My wife and I would like to give praise to the associate who took our call. He was very professional and polite. And of course, to Michael Blackburn for outstanding work. Michael is the consumate profesional.
We highly recommend Col. Worthington Air.

Columbus Worthington Air was the most responsive when we lost heat going into a winter storm. The service technician showed up on time in very bad weather, the estimator showed up on time, and the installers arrived on time. Could not ask for a better scenario. Highly recommend.

I called on Saturday morning as an emergency no heat issue. CWA was able to get a repair technician out in a reasonable time that day. After discussing the proven issues with the 20 year old original HVAC system, we decided to replace the old system with a new energy efficient Rheem HVAC system from CWA.
On Monday, after 12+inches of snowfall, CWA technician Branson arrives and begins dismantling the old furnace. About an hour or so later another CWA technician Joshua arrives to help.
I was extremely impressed with Branson and his work ethic. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and worked quickly and efficiently. I could tell from his actions that he was very experienced and confident in what he was doing. Totally focused on the task at hand in a systematic way. Really impressed with his attitude and leadership of his team. Joshua held his own and followed direction with precision.
Great guys to have on the CWA team!
Grateful and thankful for their efforts!

Brad was efficient, professional, and offered honest information. He answered all of our questions. We then received an estimate from another associate, David. Because of the extreme weather conditions, we needed our furnace immediately replaced. The next day, Brian and Brian were at our door and promptly replaced our furnace. It was bitter cold out. These two gentlemen were efficient, answered questions, and explained everything. Drop clothes were used and they cleaned up when the job was completed. We were grateful for the prompt service during a time that had to have been busy because of the weather conditions. Thank you,

I had an appointment with another Company for today and they called and cancelled it on Friday. I called Columbus Worthington Air yesterday and they booked my appointment for today 😁 Easton was amazing and explained everything to me that he was doing. Very nice and professional young man. I will definitely use them for my air conditioning to tune up in the spring. Thanks for your service!! 🙂. Trevor did an Amazing job on preventative maintenance on my furnace and even stayed to install a new thermostat that I needed today 2-3-26. Very satisfied with the work and price.

Our service technician Kevin was awesome. Explained the reason we were having the problem with our HVAC system and repaired it quickly. Made sure that we had a service plan in place for future service call. Thank you CWA. IF need your system serviced call them.
