Kudos to our service technician, Mikele. He was prompt, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. The service call was for general A/C maintenance. Based on Mikele's assessment, we opted to install an air & surface purification system. It's refreshing and reassuring to know there are individuals who take pride in providing quality service. Service from this company is always great and the maintenance contract is well worth the price. I attempted to move to another HVAC company a few months ago and during the coldest time of year our heat went out and the new firm couldn’t schedule us for a week! So I called Columbus Worthington Air (tail between my legs) and they came out that day! You can’t go wrong with this company, trust me I know first hand.

We were shopping around for a tune up to the A/C unit in our new home. I called CW air and had a technician at our home within 2 hours. Ali was a seasoned professional who serviced our unit and gave very helpful tips on routine care/maintenance. Did such a good job I couldn’t resist joining their membership program. I look forward to working with Ali in the future!

The technician did a great job. Very thorough, and honestly did more work for less money than I expected. Very personable and client focused work from the tech and later the salesperson too. Note: not much later than the tech as the salesperson came soon after the tech, even though it was evening by then.
Update: quoted prices were not competitive.

Amy and Reece of Columbus Worthington Air are Amazing. My husband and I called them to install an air scrubber in to our HVAC unit. They came the same day! Amy scheduled us right away and she’s was very nice. She listens and gave great customer service. Reece is nice, very attentive, very knowledgeable, and gave awesome customer service. Kudos to both of you and thank you very much.

Company was efficient, quickly got in and replaced the heating and cooling system in one day, and were thorough in explaining what they were doing and how to use the new system. I HIGHLY recommend them.

We had the technicians come out and service our furnace yesterday. They alerted us that it was unsafe right away, but got a salesman out here already this morning. Delonte was an awesome sales rep. He was funny, polite, fair and really worked with us on price and turnaround time. Within 45 minutes he had us signed and booked for a furnace install tomorrow. In less than 48 hours from our furnace breaking down, we have a new furnace with the bells and whistles thanks to this guy. FYI...my boyfriend is director in retail construction, so he was able to vet everything he was saying...no wool pulled over our eyes.

Update: This was at least the second time Kevin Simmers was the assigned technician for my HVAC inspection. I always appreciate his knowledge, explanations, recommendations, and integrity. Another five star experience from CWA!
Kevin Simmers was an excellent technician. Took time to explain to me his findings and my options. Ended up getting a new furnace within the next couple of days. The technicians who installed it were professional and answered all of my questions. Very happy with the service from CWA.

Worthington Air is always responsive and professional. We have used their services for heating and A/C for four years now since we moved here and had to replace the A/C system. Always been pleased with service and great communications with us. Today they checked our A/C again: as usual a great job!
