I had a wonderful technician today, Kevin S. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and patient while explaining my HVAC service. He didn't appear to be in a rush to get to his next site. He answered all of my question with great detail and made sure that I understood everything. Great customer service!!

I contacted this company for pricing and info after one of their competitors did a furnace maintenance and cleaning gone wrong. The person I spoke with was very knowledgeable of my Bryant and assured me it was safe.

Service representative had to replace the connector install installed on Monday due to two small size and indicated that we did not need a surge protector with this particular kind of blower. He was very efficient and very informative and we really appreciated that he also said that we should use a whole house surge protector, which would have to be installed by an electrician which we love that idea we thank you for Dustin. He did a terrific job and communicated in an outstanding way.

I cannot give enough praises to Columbus Worthington Air. Trevor G. Cole literally is a life saver! Trevor came to do an inspection on my furnace and subsequently he had assessed my hot water tank which unbeknownst to me, my friend had installed it, and installed it incorrectly. The venting was going out incorrectly, among a few other things :(, which was causing excessive amounts of carbon monoxide in the house, and I did not have a CO2 detector. The hot water tank had not been installed that long ago. I can only imagine if Trevor had not come to my house what could’ve transpired.
I had my furnace and air conditioner replaced by the company. Brian Mendez and so sorry, my memory escapes the other gentlemen that helped installed name, but they were both professional and incredibly patient with me and explaining how the system works and the updated thermostat.
I am so happy I chose Columbus Worthington air and again I will be forever thankful for your thorough service professionals. Trevor is a life saver!! I highly recommend!
