Efficient, quick, well done

Kevin from Worthington Air came out today to do a Tune-up of our furnace and AC unit. He was very thorough and professional. He found a couple of things that may need attention and could cost upward of $500 for labor alone. He could have made these issues out to be very critical and urgent. However he explained that since we had a year left on the original warranty we could wait untill next spring to see if things had degraded and decide then what to do. I was impressed with his honesty. Next Spring I will be calling Worthington Air to do the follow-up.

Very please with the service performed by Andrew, Henry, & German. With Jennifer’s assistance, they were able to identify, procure, and install an AC unit that would fit up the stairs - the initial model was too wide to go through the doors. Andrew explained the system to me, showed me how to work the thermostat, and made certain everything was cleaned up prior to their departure. Outstanding service!

Had a new furnace installed ! Very pleased with the entire experience. Picking the right unit for the home was great. I felt they were honest and helped educate me on the right system to get . The installation was perfection. They went above and beyond to make me happy. Highly recommend !

Annual maintenance service on my furnace, Ethan the technician was through, took the time to show me how to change the pad in the humidifier, explained what he was checking and why. Very satisfied with the service call, would recommend this company.

Technician arrived on time with a text warning of being on the way. He wore shoe covers in the house. He checked the furnace on a September 80 degree day. We are cleared to stay warm this winter.

1: Jan 2025. Heat went out because of defective pressure switch. Brett fixed me tight up.
Would use this company again. A1.
2: Sept. 2025. James tells me the furnace is overheating. Decided to replace. James was quick and complete, good work.

As always, CWA did a great job and many thanks to Rob E., who is always the person I request. He does a great job! Very strong technical knowledge, incredibly honest and very caring about the customer! I've been using CWA for over 20 years now and have been very satisfied with their services as well as recommended them many times to others.

I had a need and got great sales service from Drew Cheek on a Saturday evening and an install Monday. The lead tech's name was Tyler, and he was very pleasant to work with and professional. The price point was significantly lower the competition and the service was great.
