It was a great experience with CWA today. They were running a bit late but they made sure to let me know and also when Kevin, the service man was on his way. He went straight to work and was quick, curteous, and very professional. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Trevor, with CWA, completed an inspection on our HVAC and did an awesome job. He explained the issue found and provided us with several options. He was professional, courteous and made sure he maintained a quiet level while I worked. Highly recommended CWA

After replacing a component on my furnace Columbus Worthington Air realized there were other issues and got me in touch with their sales department Derec, was fantastic through the entire sales process of my new furnace even crediting me the parts that I could no longer use that we had just replaced process with smooth and easy. Andrew was my service tech and came in professionally replaced my entire furnace in less than a day showed me how to use it with a new thermostat and humidifier they worked clean and were courteous laying down drop cloths as they brought in the new furnace and brought the old one out. I now have a new furnace with a 10-year parts and labor warranty it was a great price and I will absolutely use them for all services moving forward.

We had the unfortunate experience of needing to replace both our furnace and AC unit—during a heat wave, of course. After getting estimates from four different companies, we chose Columbus Worthington Air based on their strong reputation and our experience with their sales rep, who was wonderful to work with.
They were able to schedule the install quickly and did a high-quality job. All of the technicians were experienced, kind, and professional.
Now, I won’t pretend everything went perfectly. Our brand-new AC unit ended up having a faulty compressor and needed to be replaced, and there were a couple of small areas in our home that were accidentally damaged during the install. But honestly, this gave us a chance to see the true character of the company—and in that regard, CWA really stood out.
They addressed every issue thoroughly, professionally, and with genuine care. Mistakes happen, but how a company responds makes all the difference—and Columbus Worthington Air went above and beyond to make things right.
Despite those hiccups, 98% of the install was excellent, and we’re very happy with the overall experience. We’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality HVAC service and a company that stands behind their work.

My experience with Columbus Worthington Air was excellent. The guys that came out first was Nick Comfort Advisor excellent. The other two techs,Tyler and Jaron were excellent. Nick showed me and answered all my questions and what work for my house thanks. The techs were great excellent went over the working of new unit they answer all of my questions. Excellent job they cleaned up the area. Before they left they when over one more time. Thanks 5stars

I reached out to them on Sunday. They had some here by noon on Monday. The tech name was Jamie I truely can not speak highly enough of his professionalism and work ethic. Answered all my "how that work" questions with great patients and a true willingness to educate me on how I can keep good maintenance on my system to prolong its life. He found a leak in the coil, which was under warranty still. It took only a day to get the new one and they were right back here and replaced it. Which from watching the work being done, just to say "replaced it" seem like a major under statement. The level of detail and work need done should really only be trusted to true professional like Jamie. There are so many things I learned need to happen in specific order, with specialized tools and if not done percisly your system can be permanently damaged. Thankfully Columbus Worthington air has a technician like Jamie with a level of expertise that only comes with his over two decades of experience. I am sure a company that operates at the level they do have a few technician like Jamie. I would not trust anyone else with my HVAC needs. Lastly once they were all done and gone the work are was clean no trace they were here other than the air working and my very happy wife. Thank again to Jamie and the whole Columbus Worthington Air Team!
