We had them come for a tune up and they discovered some cracked internal rivets. They offered options but weren't pushy! They we professional, but down to earth and offered frank and honest advice. During install they were kind and patient with all of our concerns and questions. After install they called to make sure all concerns were addressed and even sent a tech out immediately when we needed help figuring out the equipment! Very pleased to choose Columbus Worthington Air. We're excited to keep a relationship with them for the future!

Kevin is a quintessential professional. There is cost and then there is value. Kevin effectively explained all the work that needs to be done. And while it is more than what I had planned to spend, I know it will be worth the while. We look forward to having the work completed in the next week or two.

Everything from contract signing to installation went very smoothly. Communication was excellent. Received a call prior to arrival and installers were great and walked through new heat pump system and thermostat, etc. Left everything clean on departure. Well done!

Columbus Worthington air always make sure that my system is running smoothly and safely. Thorough But efficient inspections. If there are any issues, the technicians always make sure to explain things in detail and always provide suggestions to keep my system running. Technicians are knowledgeable and courteous, and are always respectful to my home.

Gas leak in our furnace discovered on Saturday of a holiday weekend. We scheduled an appointment for Sunday morning. Columbus Worthington Air charges no weekend/holiday fees (remarkable customer service!). Scheduling was so easy by phone. The technician who visited, Brett, was efficient and offered clear explanations of the problem and how to fix it. Cost was straightforward. Parts for the repair were not in stock same day. I got a call within 24 hours that parts would be available with the next day's delivery and we were scheduled on that day. The same technician returned to make the repair, communicated well, and was so kind to our jumpy dog. We will not hesitate to use Columbus Worthington Air in the future!

Very good company. They were servicing this house before we bought it 6 years ago and we’ve continued to use them. The current AC and Furnace have lasted 17 years under their care. My A/C finally started breathing its last breaths. Millie came out to diagnose why my A/C fan wasn’t coming on. She made a temporary fix, but the repairs weren’t worth putting into an old system. We decided to put in a whole new system. Michelle came out the same day to go over the quotes for various systems. She gave me a good, better, best option. At first the best option was too much, but then I felt like I won the lottery with all the additional discounts she added on. Great communication and service. Very comfortable in presenting options and no pressure.
Installation went smooth and servicemen were fast courteous and professional.

Drew Smith did an excellent job educating us on what equipment would work best for our home. He took the time to understand what our needs were and didn't try to over sell us on products or features that were unnecessary. He did what he could to apply any discounts available to give us the best price possible. He was up front about the probability of the cost being higher than competitors, but clearly explained how Columbus Worthington Air far exceeds others with their warranty and service. I had fully planned to shop around for our new heating and cooling system. Drew Smith was the first person I spoke to about one and I didn't feel the need to look any further. We've had the system for almost a year now. It's much more efficient. Our bills have gone down just like Drew had mentioned. We couldn't be happier.
We just had an HVAC system tune up performed by Columbus Worthington Air. The service technician, Ethan, was very friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job and also offered great tips and advice. We got an great price on the service through Home Depot.
We have had nothing but great experiences from Columbus Worthington Air from sales to installation to service! We will continue to use them for all our HVAC needs.
