CWA tech, Ethan, was very courteous and knowledgeable. He took time to go over the findings of his inspection with me. (Tune-up) Also, answered questions about air scrubber, of which, he installed. I commend his professional work. I am pleased that I got a service membership with CWA.

Columbus Worthington Air is professional and fast, but expensive. If your problem is not an emergency, you will likely save money by going elsewhere. However, if you need something fixed quickly and done right the first time, they're a good option.

Service person solved our furnace problem in about 15 minutes. Very impressed with Brad L., his professionalism, and his ability to explain the issue. (We had issue for about a month and another company could not solve even after 3 service calls. Very frustrating!!) Columbus Worthington Air will get our future business and we will encourage friends and neighbors to use them, too.

Excellent! Service was scheduled quickly, and good communication re: tech arrival. Trevor explained what he would do (and did), we talked about current warranty, planning for future maintenance, and possible add-ons at my request.

Had Kevin S. Come and service. My Furnace today was very pleased and letting me know when he was coming and showing up as noted. He also was very informative as to what issues I had with my furnace and explained issues as well. I will be definitely asking for him the next time when he comes to service my home.

The best! I have a new build home and the humidifier that the builder installed was terribly undersized for my home. Additionally, the furnaces had a lot of drywall dust and construction debris that needed cleaned. Mike and Scott from CWA did an amazing job and worked tirelessly all day to clean the systems, perform routine maintenance and install an appropriately sized steam humidifier. They were so well spoken and walked me through the process before they started. Their confidence and knowledge of the processes made me feel totally at ease. Trustworthy gentlemen who were true professionals. These guys could give seminars on how to treat customers. Thank you again! I’ll be signing a maintenance contract with CWA and hiring them for all my HVAC service needs.

The best part of this group is they care after the job is done. If there are any issues after you furnace is installed, they do no hesitate to respond and make sure you are completely satisfied with their work. I can't speak highly enough about their ability and professionalism. Plus, they help you set your thermostat the way you want it...do helpful!

The service tech was great! Prompt and professional. Answered every question, even the tough ones honestly. I encourage everyone to review their warranty in preparation for the colder months. Hate to run into unexpected expenses. 5 stars

This was my first time using CWA. I asked several of friends who they would recommend for a winter check up they all recommend CWA. My technician Brad showed up on time checked everything out and we changed the filter all for $69.00 very pleased 😁 another satisfied customer thanks again.

Bryce Whaley was the technician. What pleasant well spoken young man! Thoroughly checked furnace and pointed out rusting on venting. We will request that would like him to be the technician on future visits!

Usually this is a great company but not today. They charged me over $400 to clean a fan. No parts, half hour of labor. And I have a service plan, so that’s discounted. Obscene.
