We are impressed by ARS/Rescue Rooter! From setting up the appointment Johnathan kept us informed on his arrival. Using the camera he located and diagnosed our blockage/problem. Within a short time our drainage issue was resolved! Thank you Johnathan! Quick, courteous & professional!

Great service. The technician (Mr. Colenburg) was on time for the appointment. Explained in great detail what he found with the inspection of my Heat pumps. He was very professional. He answer all of my questions I asked about the service on my equipment's.

Grear communication and upfront about the entire process. They gave me an update prior to arriving and within the scheduled time they mentioned. The technician was thorough and explained the process in great detail and I was able to get the service II requested at a very fair price. Overall a very good experience and I will definitely use them again in the future.

First time using ARS, and I was happy. They are upfront about pricing, used the 79 main drain clean and camera inspection special. Randy was able to show me and tell me upfront that the issue was on the city side, he told me where to call and gave me a heads up of the potential pushback by the city. I used the video that Randy allowed me to take to show the city workers, city assumed responsibilty over issue.

Had called ARS because I was having a terrible smelly sewer smell throughout my home and was it getting stronger. Austin checked my toilets and drains and when he was going into the crawl space to check for leaks he came upon a fairly recent dead rat in a trap. So problem solved! Also assured me that my older pipes still looked good from the outside and that I had no leaks..

Although it did take them longer to arrive at my home to install a new water heater once the 2 techs arrived they were awesome. Cleaned up, explained necessary details & upkeep to me. The 2 techs were especially knowledgeable, thorough & nice.

I called them on a Sunday. They came within a few hours, the trouble shooting and communication was seamless. Even though they were able to fix the problem only temporarily, they gave us the plan for next time and quote to follow through. Very professional . Rare to see such quick service these days
