I called them around 4am and they answered! I had a non emergency and they made me an appointment that same day. Someone from the local office called to see if the tech could come earlier than the scheduled time and of course I was happy with that. Brayan showed up very polite and professional. He did his initial check of the areas, inspected the toilets that I had delivered the day before. We discussed pricing and he went to work. He did an excellent job of replacing what was broken, cleaned up the work space and hauled away the old toilets. I was pleased with the customer service, scheduling, professionalism and I would use them again.

Darryl and Mike were there ARS plumbers who came to address our issue. They were fabulous. They were friendly, fair, and very helpful. The problem was quickly identified— and they included me, showing me the issues. A temporary solution restored functionality to our only bathroom. The repairs that were necessary to fix and fully resolve the problem were explained — and they took the time to show me the camera view in real time. Ultimately, they provided me with a repair cost that was both reasonable and fair. I would highly recommend ARS and their plumbers, Darryl and Mike.

Plumbing issues can be a nightmare. This is the second time I've called and used Rescue Rooter and they sent James out. The first time was last year for a busted shower pipe, this time is was under the kitchen sink. What a Godsend he was. James came in pin pointed the problem area and got right to it. My leaking pipe was fixed in a reasonable amount of time. I am so grateful for him because he was so friendly, and very knowledgeable. James is a valuable asset to your company, and I will definitely recommend him to everyone I know. Thank you James and Rescue Rooter..

I was so impressed by the work completed by Brian and his coworker. They solved my problem with the water pressure. I would recommend this business to anyone with a plumbing problem.

They came to my home very quickly. Troubleshooting the problem turned out to be more expensive overall, as the problem ended up being the toilet, not the sewer system. Once the toilet was replaced, the problem was solved. Brayan Mendoza was excellent and came back the day after installation to make adjustments to the tank bolts.
