Posting for my aunt:
I would like to thank ARS Rescue for making a repair call for my water heater during very dangerous weather conditions. I truly appreciated their willingness to come out when many companies would not. Austin did an excellent job evaluating the condition of my 17-year-old water heater. He clearly explained its current condition, answered all of my questions, and made thoughtful, honest suggestions about repair versus replacement without any pressure. His professionalism, knowledge, and care made a stressful situation much easier. I’m very grateful for the service and would highly recommend ARS Rescue.

Not only was Nick absolutely genuine and kind, he was also very professional. He went above and beyond with the issues I was having during this winter ice storm. I highly recommend you using this company for all of your plumbing needs as well as requesting Nick to be your technician.

ARS rep John Townley arrived on time and quickly fixed my clogged drain. John understood the problem and knew how to fix it. In less than an hour my drain was running like new. I am a satisfied customer.

We have used ARS in the past for our AC installation and we continue to use them due to the nature of good work quality and best in service. Our service representative Kevin and are two install technicians Saul and Paul made our situation and experience pleasant. Saul and Paul are very knowledgeable and understanding of what to do. I asked questions and they automatically had an answer and was up to par with the installation. Overall ARS knows how to build their team to provide a good service and product to us consumers. Thank you ARS now our family can stay warm and cool at the same time.

They arrived when (or earlier) they said they would arrive. The installations were performed in a timely & professional manner. They offered extras, but didn't push or try to hard sell us unnecessary parts or services. I highly recommend ARS for your plumbing needs.

Sheldon was great. The problem was I didn’t replace my filter and he caught it and took care of it. Didn’t give me a hard time but was a professional the entire time. I knew I was the moron but he didn’t say anything. We’ve had him multiple times and every time he was a professional.

Had them come out and look at an old (70s-early 80s) furnace blower motor. I believe they gave me a fair price for the work, but it was still beyond my means at the time. I will be contacting them again when I can afford the work.

Thank you for helping me after other plumbing companies left me without a shower for 15 days. They were willing to work with me on the estimate. The work was professional and high quality. He installed new hardware in my shower. The plumber also may have saved my life by showing me that my water heater was leaking carbon monoxide for god knows how long. I was able to turn the gas off and fix it. Thank you 🙏🏻

I have been a customer with ARS since 2018 and appreciate their attention to their customer’s needs. Today, I had the pleasure of meeting their technician, Charles, for my heating system tune up and air filter changes. Charles is professional and friendly. He was thorough and detailed when explaining the systems current conditions and future needs. I appreciate the continued good service.
