James from Rescue Rooter is the kind of plumber you hope shows up — and then never want to let go. He was honest, thorough, and incredibly hardworking. He found the problem quickly, explained everything clearly, and started digging under our sidewalk — in the rain at 1 PM and in direct sun by 4:30. He stayed until he made real progress and gave us a clear path forward.
We’ve had our share of hit-or-miss experiences with plumbing companies, but this was different. James didn’t cut corners, and he didn’t vanish when things got hard. He was out there solving the problem while most others would still be “working up a quote.”
Rescue Rooter, you’ve got a real one. Don’t lose him.

We were very pleased with the technicians that installed our water heater, both Jose Luna and Vito Barrios were very professional and knowledgeable of their trade. I would definitely use and recommend them for all of your plumbing projects. There was issues with the water heater that was brought to replace our damaged one and without hesitation they removed the defected unit and went above and beyond the call of duty to have it replaced and had us running with hot water. They truly are an asset to the company! It’s good to see that companies still have great customer service, and for that I would recommend them again and again.

***** has been to my home twice now and is always so professional and efficient. Today he installed a new faucet in my kitchen and reset 2 toilets. He also hooked up my washer after the packers failed to do so. It is refreshing to experience someone who is proud of their work.

I had a failed tank water heater replaced with a tankless heater and am very pleased. From the one who provided the quote to the installation. Team, they were responsive, professional, friendly and the job was done very well within the price quoted and on time. I would definitely use them again.

From my initial contac with the Front Office til Completion of Service, Great Experience!! They gave a window to the technician's arrival time, and LaVonte White was there very timely. He was very " respectable", of my home. He un-stopped the Drainage Clog, and didn't take forever. Water is Draining PERFECT, Again.

Norman, the technician who was able to come very quickly, even though it was Saturday, was friendly, professional and very informative. He shut the water off to my leaking hot water heater, explained what was required to replace it, and left me a written estimate. I would definitely recommend this company.

Had an issue with our washer and kitchen sink backing up. Everyone else was quoting 2x the price. The service technician Alex Munoz did an amazing job—he was efficient, kind, informative, and professional. He didn’t come across like a salesman, but as someone genuinely there to help, which I really appreciated. His honest and helpful approach made me feel confident in the service and more inclined to spend my money with this company. Highly recommend Alex Munoz!

ARS Rescue Rooter sent someone out the very next day after I called them. It was to repair a tankless water heater installation problem from a previous plumber. The new plumber did an amazing job without causing any damage to the existing pipes. It was a tricky problem where the pipes were located. He knew exactly what to do. He was punctual, professional and timely. I would recommend ARS 💯%.
