I had a late hours plumbing issues. I called ARS/Rescue Rooter of Dallas. Nicholas was dispatched to my home.He arrived quickly. He identified the problem, explained it and fixed it professionally. My drains are working perfectly. I will use this service again. Highly recommended!

I just had the prepaid service call for my A/C unit. The gentleman showed up within the estimated timeframe and was polite and efficient. He confirmed that the inside unit was working properly and then went to the outside condenser unit and checked voltage, coolant pressure, etc. everything was working properly at which time he cleaned the unit.
All was easy and no problems.
