Very happy with my repair from Rescue Rooter crew. Robert and Alex were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They worked on my problem until it was fixed. They arrived promptly of which I appreciate it very much because I work deep nights. They were professional, informative and easy to talk to. Had a commode plug I could not clear. The Tech. Looked at the problem and listened to my troubleshooting efforts and gave me several quotes for different causes. He cleared the plug and then I asked if he could fix the slow flushing of both my toilets, he gave me a good quote and then took care of both. He explained all things he was doing and did a very good job of cleaning up. This tech was tops. Thanks

Very happy with our experience with Rescue Rooter. Our water heater stopped working and Steve showed up that day with the best quote, saving us several hundred dollars. The next day the crew picked up the water heater at Lowe's and had it installed and up and running in a few hours. Couldn't be happier!!

I had a 40 gallon water heater installed. Jose and Larry arrived shortly after calling. They completed the work in a timely manner. Both gentalmen were professional, informative and personal. They refelct credit upon themselves and Rescue Rooter.
I thought the price was on the high end, never the less I am pleased with the work and would consider using Rescue Rooter again.

I am impressed by the prompt response and the positive attitude of the lady at the phone and the technician. Unfortunately they do not repair anything related to sprinkler system, this I came to know only after technician arrived and checked the broken pipe. Though the problem could not be solved but the way they follow up and take their commitments seriously is definitely a good reason to hire their services. .

Had an intermittent problem with a hot water heater that was old and needed to be replaced. I was very pleased with the professional attitude of the people within the company and the installation crew. They arrived on time did their insulation and left the area clean and organized. Very professional and a very good price. I highly recommend them.

The techs were informative, patient and did a great job and clean up. Home Depot dropped the ball. After coming out to survey the old water heater, they never came back or called. I called again and they left a message for the tech. Never heard from them again. If you didn't want to risk doing the job, at least say so😡
