Rescue rooter was phenomenal! Starting with the initial call, helpful and informative!! Our technician, Michael Barrett was polite,let me know what was happening, what the price would be and I was absolutely impressed. I would definitely recommend tona friend or family member. Tony and his supervisor Jonathan were very thorough and precise. They saved my wife and I a fortune, giving us options to choose from as far as repairs and financing. I hope we won't need their services again, but if we do, they are definitely the first ones we're calling.

Michael Barrett was awesome today he came in look at what he was fixing and got straight to it he even explain the whole process as to what he would be doing and he also told me other options I had incase the first didn't work. He was awesome and deserves the 5 🌟

Regan with ARS/Rescue Rooster was amazing! Very helpful with our plumbing issue and informative. He was thorough and explained my options. This of course was my second time using this company and I can truly say they are worth every penny when you need them. My tech Cody very professional and nice. Completed tune up in a timely manner.
Only issue my thermostat had to be replaced and it was costly after 1.5 years. I thought it should be replaced without cost due to how expensive a new HVAC cost.

I’ve used ARS for plumbing and learned their techs are there to fix the issue at hand. HVAC techs from ARS follow the same way of conducting business. Nothing in either case is gonna be cheap; it’s the nature of the need for comfort. Once the issue is diagnosed the info is relayed and given just as it exists. In my case I have an older a/c unit and know the end (and new unit) is coming. Today is 85°, tonite will be mild in the 60’s. But the 95° at midnight in Texas are coming. Adrian provided all the info of what my HVAC system was lacking that’s allowed me to begin making the decision of getting my old unit replaced. We never discussed cost, just the issues. Love that.

Thank you for the maintenence check on my air conditioner. Christian was very thorough in checking the system and took time to patiently explain everything as he went about the job. He made some good recommendations that I will be considering at a later date. Great employee!

All around great service from the intake center taking my call at 1 AM to the HVAC technician’s expertise. Cody Pearson was genuinely concerned about a recurring HVAC issue and took charge to determine the root cause. He went above and beyond to call on our warranty and provide us with the best financial options to resolve our system issue.

Adrian Jones is an outstanding representative for ARS. On his last visit, he inspected my A/C unit and replaced a capacitor. I was happy to see that he was coming today to check my heating system. He is competent and courteous; he mentioned a UV light that may be beneficial for our system and I will study the material that he left with me. A Good Man!!

I was given a window from 10:00am to 1:00pm for the AC tune up work. But the Technician arrived only at 3:35pm. Customers time also is as valuable like ARSs personnels.
So, I would say that ARS is poor in time management and has no concern for the customers time!
