Rescue Rooter saved the day when we had a plumbing emergency. Randy was dispatched and promptly ran through a range of options for how to address our problem.
He took care of everything in a clear and transparent manner, no surprises. And he was just a nice dude, too!

I had my HVAC system replaced and it was done very quickly. Chris and Manny explained everything that was being done and how to use the new thermostat, and cleaned up after themselves. I’m happy with the service I received and recommend them.

I needed my main line cleaned out because it was clogged due to some flushable wipes so I tried cleaning it myself for three hours and I saw I wasn’t getting anywhere so I looked on the internet and saw they were running a special for $79 main line clean out and gave them a call. I called them at 4:30 and they were at my house by 6:45. Elijah was out technician and he was great! So polite, knowledgeable, and efficient! Elijah was in and out within 45 minutes! I was super impressed!! What could have been a multiple day issue was resolved in a matter of a few hours. Thank you to this company and thank you Elijah ! Definitely will use this company in the future!

Although they were outside the original arrival window provided, they consistently updated me and arrived at the time of the last notification via text and email. Our Technician, Michael, was polite, professional and took care of our issue quickly. Customer service rep was extremely helpful and got us an appointment in a timeframe that worked for our schedule. Recommend, and will use again.

The overall experience was great. They came out the next day to do the project, which happened to be on a Sunday! Jose did a great job. Although, there was a point where he needed help maneuvering the waterheater into the attic space through a bedroom closet. Otherwise, the experience was awesome, especially since I didn't have to do it myself!

I’m more inclined to leave a review for poor service, but ARS has been exceptional and deserves notice.
My Issue; water has been leaking around my bathroom toilet under newly laid vinyl flooring. The toilet 4” waste pipe and flange was replaced by another small plumbing company. Regardless, the leak persisted requiring the vinyl plank flooring to be removed, water dried, and flooring replaced 3 times in the last few weeks.
Aside from the smell of standing waste water and inability to use the only toilet in the home, the cause of the constant leak eluded everyone and weighed heavy on my ability to live a normal home life. 24 hours after the last clean-up, floor replacement, and toilet flange repair 48 hours prior, the leak continued worse than before. A call was made to ARS (7:45am Sunday morning) knowing there was little to no chance of seeing a plumber for at least another 24 hours. The agent on the phone confirmed the timing of my call was indeed unfortunate. Even so, she would post a request to the only plumber on-duty but was sure my request would be inspected & diagnosed the following morning. I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email 15 minutes later confirming the arrival of an ARS plumber between 10a & 2p that very day!
The on-duty plumber, Robert Julian, arrived barely 2 hours later. We discussed all the work and issues that have plagued the restroom. Robert completely explained and inspected every possibility that could be the cause for the leak. Once the toilet was removed it was determined the main sewer line was not clogged and other water inlets (vanity and tub/shower) were not contributing factors either. As a last resort Robert carefully inspected the toilet installed just 5 months ago. He noticed a patch on the porcelain, presumably made at the factory, in the toilet bowl where water normally stands. In fact he determined the patch had failed and was likely leaking. Once the toilet was turned on its side to view the underside, a corresponding wet factory patch was identified in an area never intended to come in contact with water.
Robert carefully considered all the possibilities and came to the conclusion that after all this time, expense, and inconvenience, a leak in my relatively new toilet was the issue; it was the only possibility left unaddressed.
I’m so thankful that ARS has plumbers like Robert with years of knowledge and experience to share with people that are hopeless for answers; a very vulnerable position for customers. Even so, Robert warranted his visit (no cost) since the toilet had been re-seated two days prior. ARS is my go-to call without question from now on.
