My sewer line was blocked and I called ARS, as I saw a special on sewer clean out. The appointment specialists were very pleasant in making the appointment for me. Mr. Shane Bradley was sent pretty promptly and went the extra mile for me in clearing my sewer drain. He was most courteous and didn't rush the job. Very friendly individual. I appreciated that. I had 2 water heaters installed today. I was very apprehensive about getting this done ,because of a bad experience with water heaters years ago. Israel the lead tech was amazing . He lined out exactly what the process was and he followed it to a T.
Cleanup was done without even asking . The process was quick easy . I would without question use Israel and Roto rooter again.

Jose Gomez came out and did a tankless flush on the HW heater and worked on some gas leaks. He was professional, friendly and so easy to work with.

James was extremely friendly. He gave me a quote, as the main line could not provide that first. Quote was reasonable and on par with a similar company that had given me information when dealing with my AC this summer. James talked me through all the steps that needed to be done for the flushing of the water heater, and cleared up any confusion I had from the installation last year. It went quickly and smoothly. I would love to work with him for all my water heater needs.

Discovered slow leak in water heater installed 8/19. Called ARS and plumber dispatched immediately. Plumber arrived within 30 minutes and immediately fixed the problem.

Alex came out to clear the sewer drain. He was engaging and professional. Although, Alex couldn't clear the drain. He did the best he could to try. He is sending a tech with a camera to determine what's going on with the line.

I'm not gonna lie, this place is expensive - but they are very up front about their pricing. They'll get the job done, communicate with you each step of the way, and then clean up like they were never there.

Shane Bradley was polite from the beginning to the end of our service appointment. He took time to really assess the situation and how best to tackle the issue. Then he took time to make sure the issue was fully resolved, not just “good enough”. I should also mention that our issue happened at 6pm on a Sunday (always a weekend … ALWAYS ; ) ) and it was so helpful to be able to call and speak with a real person during weekend hours, scheduling an appointment for the very next morning! Then the company calls you right after the appointment to make sure you are satisfied. We cannot recommend Shane and ARS Rescue Rooter enough!

Very good service. Reasonably quick. Did what I needed to be done. Didn’t upsell or try to do anything extra. Decent price for same day service. Did a couple of things like run my boiler, hooked up my washer and general home inspection. Sixto was very respectful and seemed very honest.

I called around 5:00 p.m. because we had a major leak at the water meter. They had a young man at our home within two hours of my call. He diagnosed our problem as exactly what we thought it would be, gave us an estimate and explained the process. They had to wait until the next morning to fix the issue but the young men arrived early and made sure that everything was up to par before they left. I would definitely use them again if needed.

I had four different plumbers to come out over a couple of weeks. Harmony Plumbing came three times and left plumbing in worst condition then they found it and wanted me to commit to sewer line repairs that would cost 💲 12,000.
Another plumbing couldn’t unstop the line either. I was desperate and was planning to snake it myself! As I was researching how to snake a sewer line ARS ad appeared, I thought what do you have to lose by having one more plumbing company try. Shane came out and made me feel better immediately with his personality. Shane also fixed the issue within 15 minutes!
I will sleep well tonight knowing I don’t have a stopped sewer line.

My technician, Sixto, and Rescue Rooter were amazing. We had a blockage on Labor Day. I called and they were out within 90 minutes. They cleared the blockage within 15 minutes. I highly recommend this company!

The tech who came was on time, professional, and friendly. His supervisor was knowledgable and inspected the condition of the sewage mainline. He provided me with suggestions and advice both of which I will consider. No pressure and the first tech that handled clearing the line was in and out in less than an hour. ARS has solid employees and representatives. I will always use them for any future plumbing needs.

Following 2 days of reviewing and interviewing 3rd party (Plumbing) installation companies i felt most comfortable chooseng Lowes. The didnt push add-on, upgrades, etc. The installers were very professional, informative and friendly.
