ARS/ Rescue Rooter saves the day! They came out to do their bi-annual HVAC system health check (part of the deal they gave me when I purchased my HVAC unit for my master suite last year). The tech asked about my other 2 units which were 15yrs old... long story short- had a no obligation analysis done on the HVAC needs and got quoted a great price for the pair. When I say great price, they came in over $10K cheaper than the quote I got from a competitor last year for the same 2 units. Installed 2 days later by some of the quickest and nicest install techs I've had come to my house.
Will definitely use this company again- they price their services great, and have the nicest and most knowledgeable team walking you thru everything. Highly recommended.

Bobby Garrett was great. Great customer service, very personable yet professional. Thorough inspection and clearly explained his findings. He quickly established technical knowledge and trustworthiness.

Heat was not blowing correctly. Scotty was very thorough in explaining what was wrong and also how to prevent it in the future. I definitely will be coming back if issues arise again and I hope I get Scotty dispatched because of his professionalism.
5/23/23 - Master bedroom was not blowing as cool as other parts of the house. Rob stated he had to reroute air with newly installed ducts. Rob made the changes and I immediately felt the difference! Thank you Rob for your great customer service and description of what needed to be done to correct the issue.

Technicians came out to check quarterly checkup. Went above and beyond to address additional questions I had. Was very satisfied with the technician’s that looked at my unit.
