Praise the Lord for the technician Randy that arrived to service me. He restored all faith in customer satisfaction for me. He was knowledgeable and honest, something that hasn’t been the norm to my surprise. Randy had a spirit of compassion and integrity that calmed my spirit. This was an overwhelming experience but because of Randy, the situation became somewhat bearable and pray fully I can be made whole again.
This experience with ARS was definitely a winner this time.

I had the pleasure of having Bruce Andrike come out and service my system. He did an excellent job of showing and educating me about my system as I had questions along the way. I will consider using this company again in the future with people like Bruce coming to help.

Jon was polite and worked with me on the price applying some discounts. Jon worked on my issue in a smooth and professional way, explaining the best way to clear my drain. He showed me the problem with the camera and used the power machine to cut the roots out of my pipe.

Adrian was my maintenance Technician, and was completely professional. The recommendations he suggested I felt were honest and not just motivated by money. He showed me the work that needed be done and why. If you using ARS I highly recommend Adrian as the Technician to service your HVAC maintenance.

I am one those individuals that takes heed and to heart the expression "Word of Mouth." Let me spread the words that ARS /Rescue Rooter is outstanding!!! Ease of service scheduling online, followed up with an immediate call from them inquiring and verifying the type of service needed. Scheduling a time slot that is conducive with your schedule. My Technician, Marvin, is THE BEST!!! He is very courteous and a true professional! Also highly commend ARS / Rescue Rooter for the special servicing prices being offered. In times when things are so expensive, thank you for remembering everyday working folks like myself. Let's be really honest that everyone appreciate affordable pricing coupled with friendly outstanding service is gold in my book. ARS/Rescue Rooter, came out to Inspect the ("PVC Sewer pipeline that (they) Installed less than (90 days ago), and ran a camera from the house front yard, to the City street, and found the pipeline to be [clear from any blockage], yet on (12/07 & 08), the main toilet in our home backed up with water and soot. Once again ARS came out and ran a camera out to the City street, and found that the [problem], lies with the corroded cast-iron pipeline under the City street. So a "new set of pictures and paperwork of the [problem], were sent to my email address, So that the Mayor and City Councilman can properly Investigate this [problem], that "clearly rests with the City of Fort Worth Water Department," and "not the Homeowner." Thank you ("ARS/Rescue Rooter")👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾😊. Give ARS/Rescue Rooter a chance to help Homeowners in Forest Hill,Texas.

Availed the 8.88$ Home Depot offer for HVAC check and maintenance. Mr. Sheldon Richardson from ARS has been great , he did an inspection and also educated us on how to maintain the HVAC system and shared his knowledge on the systems. Very informative and professional. Will be booking another appointment for AC check up next year during summer time. 100% recommended

They really arrived quickly, and whrm i cakked with a problem after Ricky left he was back within an hour! i didnt havr ti vo without hot water, they put our previous one in 14 years ago, so it had a good run!

Furnace gas regulator value was replaced on both furnaces after low pressure gas incident sealed the valves shut. Giovanni explained all the steps he took in performing thorough troubleshooting, parts ordered, and a thorough repair/ quality inspection of work. The furnice is a working like a champ,.... many many thanks.
