We had to replace our 21 year old boiler
After looking at and settling on an A O Smith 40 gal. water heater ARS within an hour got it installed on the same day. Jose from ARS did an excellent job testing ffor water and gas leaks.

Loved the guys that showed up to work. One snaked it and then 2 of them worked the camera to see the real issue! Then got a honest fair quote for the new work that needs to be done! I would use them again and refer them to others!!!

I am so relieved to have gotten my air conditioner serviced in such a timely manner. Mark was very knowledgeable and quick to trace down the issue. It is good to know that I can trust the integrity of ARS.

Super fast and friendly service. Shane was very courteous and made sure to explain everything about the work that needed to be done. Very reasonable pricing too compared to other plumbers that I called for emergency work.

Mr Bruce Andrik did a very thorough check in all our rooms to make sure that we were getting both cold air and heat. He took time to check all the air vents and found one that was close. That's why we weren't getting cold nor hot air in that room. He answered all my questions, and explained everything very clearly. He. Is a great HVAC technician. Very professional and respectful. Easy to schedule appointment. I was kept informed about time frame. Danny Gallardo arrived in time frame set. Danny was very professional and friendly. He gave me couple hints on keeping system operating well. Danny completed his service then ask if I had any questions.

I was impressed with Jonathan Munoz Ovalle who did my fall heating maintenance check after doing the summer check of my A/C System. He was very polite and professional.

My unit was blowing cold air instead of warm. Luckily, it was time for my 1 yr check up. Paul and Daniel came and Paul found the problem right away. My thermostat was stuck on cooling.which froze up the outside unit. They told me exactly what to do to help it thaw out and still have heat that night. Today they came back to double check it. Daniel cleaned out the bottom of my indoor unit, after putting down towels to catch the drips from thawing, while Paul checked the outside. He suggested a surge protector to prevent overloading the circiut and costing me $100's. I agreed and now all is well. They were fast, courteous and spot on. ARS employs Quaility technicians!
