Bobbie Garrett came for a routine check up on my AC equipment. Took the time to explain everything all the way down to the technical details of what's good, how to know if something needs attention, and how to care for everything. I'm definitely asking for him again next time I need help on AC, plumbing, and electrical. Very humble and smart guy.

I have used ARS for years and they always do a great job. They were professional and friendly and they were in & out fairly quickly.
This was a scheduled heater service call on the maintenance plan that I have with them.

We ,my wife and I were very impressed from the knowledge of these two professionals men. They explain what they were doing where we understood. Plus the extra protection we did not know about that cause allergies. Very satisfied with the work. And will recommend ARS to our friends thank you very much.

Paul came in and quickly diagnosed the problem with the thermostat. He fixed it and recommended that I replace the heater system's ignitor, and the flame sensor. The thermostat check up was under warranty. He suggested that if the problem happened again, that they would replace the thermostat under warranty. Great same day service.

Winter check-up completed. No issues found and Bobbie G provided assuring insight on my filters. He even added to his notes for the next technician to replace the filters at the spring check-up. Great experience and assurance knowing our HVAC systems are in working order. Ready for TX winter!

Had a new system installed a month ago and heat wouldn’t turn on. Called the company and Paul was here a few hours later! He was quickly able to diagnose the issue and fix it. There are so many scams with HVAC techs but this company on the other-hand has been great. 10/10 would recommend.

This was supposed to be a pre-paid tuneup; the technician asked for a fee. I informed him it was a prepaid tuneup.

Shane arrived as scheduled. After I explained the problem and showed him the location of the clean outs he went right to work at opening my kitchen sink drain. A short time later he came in checking the water level in the drain. Since the drain was empty he ran water down the drain then continued running the snake through the drain making sure the water washed any remaining stuff out of of the pipes. He also checked the flow out of our main clean out pipe. Shane was very professional, hard working and likable. I just wish I could have more stars to rate this service.
After having ARS Rescue Rooter handle many plumbing problems we've encountered, I have had nothing but good things to say about them.
