I've used these guys 3 times throughout the years and I've received excellent service in a timely manner each time!

My husband and I were at Home Depot today and a young gentleman. Ask if we would be interested in talking to someone our HVAC, I told him that we were interested in getting our air conditioner replaced, so he called ARS and I made an appointment Jeremy Oliver came to our home this afternoon. I was very impressed with Jeremy. He was very professional and took his time explaining everything that his company would do and told me about the warranties on the system, he also told me that all the technicians had background checks and drug test before they could work there. That put my mind at ease. I hope you have more people like Jeremy Oliver working for you.
The technition did outstanding job. He answer all my questions and was very kind. The work performed complete in timely matter and resolution of air condition maintenance problem fits. I am customer who happy that used your business. Great job!

Let me tell you, Jose Gomez was sent to our house to find a gas leak. He found he had to replace 2 and install 1 new valves on our very old gas lines. He was fast, efficient, an expert and so quiet I actually fell asleep while he worked. The man is beyond an expert in his field and definitely deserves a raise!
I took his name because if I ever need a plumber again I will call ARS Rescue Rooter of Dallas, and ask for Jose Gomez. You should do the same!

Thank you Manny and Chris from ARS for getting our AC back up and running. They were promptly on time and ready to get to work. They finish the job in a reasonable time now my family and I have air, we can sleep better at night.

Great fast work
Our service man Jacob was nice and explained everything so well. Jacob did good under pressure. When the ac was turned off for repairs the temperature read 84 in our living areas. In the attic had to be 110+. We got a new contactor replacement for $350 capacitor for $250, water safety switch for $300, blower wheel cleaning for $500 And 2 pounds of Freon $425. Our total came out to be $1825. I was a little stressed but Jacob didn’t pressure me to do anything. But I didn’t want to not get the repairs done and regret later. Our system is 9 years old.
Paul Dunn showed up early, diagnosed the issue quickly, and made the appropriate repair. Would recommend to anyone.
Chris and Manny were very efficient and helpful setting up our new A/C.
HVAC person was very nice and informative.
They called at 8 am, let us know they were on their way. Arrived just after 9 and got straight to work.
Replaced unit in the attic as well as the outside unit, new copper lines and fixed duct work in attic.
Got us set up on Google T-stat. Answered all my questions and checked everything a couple of times (that was great)
Signed paperwork at 14:00. AMAZINGLY EFFICIENT!!! Great personalities…ALL OF THEM!!
