Derrick was awesome. Prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Replaced some gizmo on the indoor air handler that I didn't even know about. Inside air is not only nice and cool, but will soon be cleaner/healthier. I also appreciated the calls and texts from dispatch, letting me know Derrick's ETA.
The worker, Jacob A Tweet, that came out was very helpful and saved us two hundred dollars
Service was good. Expertise and quality work displayed. 4 stars only because of a scheduling change for install by the company at the last minute that cost me time at work. I used one daying waiting for the install and a second for the actual install. Overall so far I am pleased with the Ac..so we will see with the heat this winter. Installers were friendly and courteous and did not make a mess to clean up.
Jonathan was very knowledgeable about the concerns we had with our AC unit. He was thorough in his evaluation and made sure we understood the status of our system. Thanks ARS!

The folks we spoke with over the phone were very polite and informative. The gentleman, Nicholas, that arrived for the service call was one of the nicest and compassionate people I've had the pleasure of ever speaking with. Very knowledgeable, professional and a positive, caring attitude. Although we were given some bad news, the assessment and service we received today, because of Nicholas, was excellent.

After installation, my wife and I had a few minor concerns as far as set up as well as some general questions concerning inspection next step questions. After calling ARS/Rescue Rooter Durham, company quickly dispatched a very knowledgeable service technician out to my home to handle all of my concerns. Both my wife and I are very pleased with the services rendered and would highly recommend company to anyone looking to replace\repair their HVAC system.

The technician was very professional. He explained me everything about the AC unit sounds and changed. He gave me good advices to maintain the AC clean. He offered me an air scrubber system.
Nicholas was amazing. Gave us great tips on how to keep up with our HVAC and how we can prevent our unit from going out in the future.

The AC quit cooling the house so we called our trusted service provider ARS early evening on a Saturday. ARS made the appointment for the next day, Sunday, and they were patient and kind in our followup call to confirm everything. Derrick was our technician and ARS updated us on his eagerly anticipated arrival, especially given that the heat index was over 100, and our dogs panting, and our old people faint. Derrick was kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. We greatly appreciate his explaining the work he did to restore our AC service. Thank you Derrick and everyone from making the appointment all the way to completing the work and followup communication. We are thankful for Derrick and all ARS, and grateful to be their customer, and we love having air conditioning again - all done in less than 24 hours ! thank you, Leslie S.

Brian Williams came today for a maintenace check. He was extremely professional and thorough in servicing our 4 units. He made descriptive notes of each unit that I will be sharing with my realtor in the process of selling my house. He helped me understand the features of each unit. In addition to his competence, he was polite and kind. I commend Brian for his extreme helpfulness.

Amanda Bass, receptionist, went "above and beyond" in digging for the information I needed and sending it to me in an organized format. I am deeply grateful. I commend Amanda and think ARS is fortunate to have a person of her dedication, conscientiousness, and compassion in the receptionist role. Huge thanks to you, Amanda.
My husband and I recently have been fortunate recipients of repair service from Mr. Richardo Diaz. Mr. Diaz checked multiple air conditioning units with thoroughness, competence, and professionalism. He discovered several problems and was able to repair them with efficiency and effectiveness. One of the recommendations was to consider replacing a worn-out unit. Mr. Adonte Provenzano was the next ARS representative who inspected the worn-out unit and made suggestions for a replacement. He provided us with an informative “tutorial” on how our units connect and function. He offered a detailed analysis of strengths and weaknesses of our units and formulated a plan that involved fair pricing and quality control. Overall, we are highly satisfied with these two technicians, and we highly recommend ARS services. As senior citizens who don’t understand all the mechanics, we are grateful to have reliable and trustworthy partners.
After a three week delay, Ricardo returned to replace the damper motors after he determined that two of them were not functioning properly. One was closed and would not open and the other would open and then not close. This situation prevented cool air from circulating in half of the house. Ricardo was meticulous checking each of the HVAC system vents and ensured that all the vent’s systems functioned efficiently and then checked each vent to make sure cool air was blowing out. Ricardo apologized for the delay and confusion regarding replacing the damper motors, and wanted to ensure we were completely satisfied with his work. We were very pleased he completed the damper motor replacement work.
