I needed a new faucet replaced. Jose Jesus Urdaneta was very professional, polite and efficient. I asked for him to come this time, if he was available, because last month he did a great job of identifying and repairing a pipe leak inside my kitchen wall. Very pleased with a job well done twice now from ARS/Rescue Rooter.

I was pleased from start to finish with the service we received from ARS/Rescue Rooter. Angel (the ARS/Rescue Rooter technician), arrived promptly, went into the attic to assess what needed to be done, gave us a quote and was able to install a new water heater the same day. I'll gladly recommend ARS/Rescue Rooter to friends and family.

Great experience. Joseph showed up 60m after I called for service. He took his time to explain what he was doing, with what tools, and what I could do myself in the future.
