I had a plumbing issue right before freezing weather was expected. ARS provided same day service. I was kept informed about expected time technician would arrive. When they got here I expected the worst since 2 toilets, shower and tub were backing up and not draining. The tech gave his recommendation and cleared the line instantly. While the tech waited, I checked all the drains. The problem was solved and afterwards the crew showed me a video of what was cleared. Best of all my stress was gone after getting a bill under a 100 dollars. Thanks Adam m

ARS/ Rescue Rooter came to my house quickly after I called. Joseph Muniz was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He figured out and fixed my plumbing problem quickly and gave me helpful advice. I would absolutely call them again in the future.

Damn good guys and supervisors they did great work and found my plumbing issues quick and orderly and came up with a effective plan for repair 10/10 would recommend give them a chance folks they will work with you if things seem too pricey

Get here really fast. Identified problem (pilot light not working in hot water tank) Fixed it and done in 40 mins or so. As for me GLORIOUS hot water!!!! VERY helpful!!!

The technician who came to examine my system, Oscar, was professional, respectful, and very knowledgeable in his field. He answered all my questions thoroughly in a way that I could understand. Angel came in very professional. He engaged in conversation as to what's the issue. He give me a quote and went right to work. He did a neat job and didn't leave any trash behind. Great Service!

Technician on time. Explained the problem with my condenser and that it was caused by mold returning from my ductwork. Recommended replacing all of my ductwork with a higher R value. Installation crew was on time and efficient with their service.
