ARS came through when my ac went out it was 95 degrees inside and cooler outside. Sheldon Francis was my technician who had both good humor and very professional. I answered the door and said welcome to hell , we chuckled and he was able to quickly restore my air and I was very grateful!

He came to check out the unit with another gentleman and told me I would need to have it replaced completely. I did not want to sign a contract at the moment so I spoke to my son-in-law who has properties that he rents out.

Great experience the technicians were friendly and worked clean. You can tell that they have been trained properly. I really appreciated the fact they laid out floor protection without me asking. Your tech Bradley was great. Friendly, very knowledgeable. He came here to do a tune up on the HVAC took pictures of all he found wrong and explained exactly what was needed. My unit is 23 yrs old. So we talked about buying a new system. I talked to jack , Bradleys supervisor and we made a deal on a new system. My opinion Bradley is a great asset to the company. I wish others would emulate him when talking to customers.

A/C went out at the house and of course if it was gonna happen it would choose August. I was desperate, called ARS, which by the way, there were very fast to respond. Bradly came out, he was extremely professional and went right to work. He did exactly what he said he was going to do and got the unit up and running. These folks have a life time customer.
