Dustin was the most patient, accommodating, friendly service tech I've yet to experience. He explained he loves his job and it showed. he even got up on a step stool in the garage to help me activate our new garage door opener.

I highly recommend the tune up offered through Lowe’s. The service man that came out was super! Very friendly and professional, answered all my questions. No other charges- service was exactly as advertised.

They showed up earlier than planned to help me get my water lines fixed so I'd have water. Ever after running into a bit of trouble with abnormal sized fittings from 1940, they stayed until the problem was figured out and got my lines properly hooked back up again.

Whether it’s just to take a look (as they did last weekend) or to replace an entire system (as they did a couple years ago) they are always courteous, respectful, professional, precise and efficient. ARS was great to work with. Nick, who came to the house and completed the inspection and gave us an estimate was very friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all our questions. Not only did they come out on a Sunday they were one of very few companies I could find that did not change an inspection fee. We will definitely use them again if the need arises

Scheduling was simple and ARS was able to supply a same day appointment. Steven Todd was very helpful and was not rushed when I posed multiple questions. We had to reschedule due to access but I was not inconvenienced.

Jackson was AMAZING! He was very prompt, very polite, very efficient. I have used this company before and they were awesome. They were very reasonably priced and immensely helpful. My problem was solved very quickly and I am so happy I called them. Thank you ARS for having great technicians and service. I definitely recommend using ARS as they are very efficient and very reasonable and they have always been more than pleasant. They're technicians are amazing!!!!

Had main drain cleaned out. Fast and professional. Thank you Sam Hesser!!!! Have used this service several times now. Always do a fantastic job!!! Wont call anyone else.

Checked out toilet that isn't flushing right.
Were supposed to come in afternoon woke me up at 8 am guys showed up @ 10:39. Weren't able to fix it
8/27/25 checked my air conditioner. Was polite, prompt and it was okay except for a part that can wait until spring at this point in the season.
2/9/26 Bad news furnace needs a $2000 part. I pay $25 a month so the check ups are "free" and if I need a check about anything that's free.

I use ARS for all my HVAC and Water Heater needs. I never have an issue with getting an appointment that is convenient for me. Their technicians are always prompt and efficient for all services performed.
