James H. Corum and Nick are outstanding HVAC technicians! They did an excellent joint b repairing my AC unit snd had it up running again in no time. The management team was also attentive, listened to my concerns, did the right things, and resolved the issues quickly. McCarthy Services is a company you can always rely on for HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance. Thank you for the excellent service - keep up the good work!

McCarthy to the rescue!!!! We had been away for a week (in August) and the first morning back my wife said “there water in the basement”. 11:00 am on a Sat - didn’t appear to be coming from hot water heater - dripping from AC unit. Figured it was clogged drain pipe - now what? Called McCarthy (who originally installed HVAC system) they verified my info and set up an appointment window. Technician arrived, diagnosed the problem and corrected the problem. Did I mentioned that we were having a dinner party that night? So 6 stars to McCarthy and their service!

We had an AC unit installed a few months ago, but today it started giving us an error message on our Nest thermostat and kept shutting off all day. And it was SO HUMID outside! Cristian from McCarthy AC Services came to the rescue and was absolutely amazing.
Cristian was professional, courteous, and friendly. He took the time to explain exactly what was going on, walked us through the fix step-by-step, and made sure we understood how to avoid issues in the future. He even wore protective boots in the house, which we truly appreciated—it’s the little things that show real care and respect.
Cristian’s knowledge and attention to detail were impressive, and he had our system running perfectly in no time. We can’t thank him enough for his quick response, expertise, and kindness. If you need AC service, ask for Cristian—you’ll be in excellent hands!

Malachi arrived as scheduled to inspect my existing A/C unit. He throughly inspected my system and showed me all the flaws in the system. He gave me the options of repairing the system or replacing it. I choose to replace the 19 year old system. Malachi asked if I like to schedule an appointment to have someone come out and discuss what my options were. To my surprise Naoki was at my home to explain/show me my options. With patience and no pressure Naoki went over the information Malachi had previously went over with me. Naoki presented me with my options as well as explained what each option entailed. There was no pressure to sign any contracts which I experienced with a major A/C company in my area. Another factor in my decision was 100% guarantee, that if for any reason I’m not satisfied I can request a refund. I called for service on Wed, Thursday my unit was serviced and Friday my new unit will be installed. My experience has been fantastic. Everyone from customer service, technical support & sales have been extremely professional. If you’re looking to
replace an existing unit, upgrade your old unit or have your existing unit serviced, don’t look any further. With employees like Malachi & Naoki, I have no doubt the installation will be as smooth as my earlier experience with both Malachi and Naoki. My thanks to both you guys.

I recently had to have my HVAC replaced and after reviewing several proposals I chose McCarthy. My family suggested I check out their services as I never heard of them before as I have a local go to company as they do great work as well but McCarthy pricing was less than some of the other proposals I received and they have a few additional perks.
This HVAC replacement was a major purchase for me and the McCarthy team took their time to explain their process and what i should expect. I was really surprised by the senior mechanic as he worked the entire day and he took no breaks. That is what I call dedication. I am appreciative of the time and effort of everyone involved that includes the salesman and installation team of my equipment. The entire experience was exactly what I expected coupled with professionalism. Thank you, McCarthy.

This is the third time I've relied upon McCarthy to address my AC unit. Each time they've come out, this time included, they've been prompt and direct. They take pictures, show me the problem, and then give me pricing options. I've read other reviews and yes, they're a little bit more expensive than some of their competitors, but you absolutely get what you pay for. When they replaced my 20+ year old system 2 years ago they redid all the duct work in one of the most professional builds I've ever seen. The service rep who came out today, Marvin, was competent, courteous, and professional. It's hard to find quality service like that these days. Strongly recommend.

The service technician arrived within the scheduled window. The technician was courteous and quick to review the system components. He was willing to give me an opportunity to explain my concerns.. he offer me some options for correcting the issue without any pressure to make an immediate decision. McCarthys member so received received discounted service call as promised. Scheduling was very convenient and timely.
