I have always had great service. Mr. Efe made sure I could tell by looking at my unit. I live a hour away from his company office, so he would have the parts on the truck. So I would get my repairs sooner.

My husband is not a plumber. So on Friday night we had a water leak on a faucet out side. Turns out it was a soldered joint. ARS came out on Sunday and our repair guy was able to fix it. Thank you ARS.

Technician (Troy) was very knowledgeable and helpful/friendly. The call representative felt pretty disorganized though. It took me about 8 calls to actually get an appointment. I was constantly told a technician would be out within a few hours over a three day timespan. The day the technician came out, I had to call four times for the appointment to actually get confirmed. Once he was out here, it was super smooth to get things resolved.

Roy Roberts was extremely informed and explained everything well. I highly recommend him. The AC service promo was a great price. The company way overcharges for any parts install but them perhaps all companies in this Austin do these days

From start to finish the process of getting a new hot water heater after 30 yrs couldn’t have run more smoothly. Both John and Jacob handled themselves with the outmost professionalism. Answered every question and presented us with all options needed to make the best choices.

This review is for Miguel J of ARS who is a plumber for ARS. We've had great service from most of the ARS techs, and Miguel's professionalism, experience, knowledge and the efficiency with which he completed the work makes him a great asset to ARS. Is ARS expensive? Yes, but I'll definitely pay for this kind of reliability and service.

Quick to respond quick to schedule an appointment! I worked with Peter, and he shared a lot of information but didn’t push for unnecessary expensive upgrades. Overall, their technicians seem very informed, and their professional would recommend them to others!

My elderly father needed a complete new AC/heater. I had 4 companies give us bids and we ended up choosing ARS based on product, other reviews, price, and length of time in business. But ultimately decided on ARS because of the comfort advisor Richard Scardino's actions. Even though my husband and I did most of the talking, several times he turned back to my father to make sure he agreed with everything. Instead of excluding him, he made sure my father felt included. Awesome salesmanship!!

This is an update to my first review. The service technicians Christopher F. and Marcos G. showed up on time the day after we approved the bid for the new AC/Heater. They were very professional and completed their work in record time. Both of them need to be praised for their work! The following day, my father let me know that he could not see the thermostat and wanted a different one. I called Richard and let him know that I would buy the unit if he could get it put in for me. It took a couple of days to come out, but he managed to get a tech out and it was installed in about 15 minutes. ARS to the rescue again!

AC technician Roy Roberts arrived and listened to my concerns and time constraints. He got promptly to work. Checking all aspects of our air conditioning system both inside and out, he confirmed that it was functioning properly and required nothing further than this annual check up. He conducted himself professionally and was a pleasure to work with. I will request him when our heating/air conditioning system is due for service again.

Had a fantastic experience with my technician Roy Roberts. The service people and the people on the phones are totally different
Roy was courteous honest and kind and a great technician. Unfortunately ARS phone people are rude and harder to deal with. Roy was all that salvaged it for me for being so thoughtful and knowledgeable.
