The technician, Peter, was very personable and knowledgeable of my plumbing situation. He explained everything he was going to do before starting work so I understood what the issue was and what he was going yo do to correct the issue. He cleared a clog that was further down the line that was causing my Jack-n-Jill sinks to back up. He and his apprentice Alex ensured they cleaned up the work area and after all services were completed.

It’s early into the installation, the water heater was just installed, but Connor was excellent. He was timely and well prepared for the job. He highlighted all the improvements and mechanisms I should know about. He was courteous and polite, he sweated up a storm and finished the work in a few hours with a good attitude.

Super fast arrival from when I called and the guys who helped me were amazing. So helpful, cleaned up for me, even brought my garbage bins in from the curb! Would absolutely use this company again.

Great efficient team worked so well together in replacing the indoor and outdoor units. They tested the indoor efficiency multiple times and ensured the unit was working well. I got instructions on the thermostat and then they cleaned everything up like they were never there. I was very pleased with the team and how quickly they completed their work.

At first, I was a little nervous, calling out to ARS because of some poor reviews, and the customer service representative filed my air conditioning problem under Plumbing. Then Peter Wabbel our AC tech came and redeemed the their first impression. He was thorough and experienced and didn’t overcharge us. He was also kind, and considerate. Even though he came out there, we had mostly fixed the problem and just needed one tweak which he managed to do.

Roy Roberts was excellent once again. He troubleshot a pretty difficult AC problem and got things back working well, so once again we plan to use ARS and Roy whenever we have any HVAC needs.

James Maldonado is professional, honest, quick and reliable. I appreciate him not trying to pressure up-sale me which some with ARS technicians do. He is focused on completing the task, which he does in an exceptional manner. I will only use James for my plumbing issues.

John Copeland here to fix small plumbing issues with 2 toilets. Professional honest quick and appreciate his work. Please acknowledge both of these plumbers.

We've had Diego Hoover before, and as always, very pleased with his expertise and personal manner. He showed us bacterial buildup involved with our attic system and very timely, as I am dealing with my asthma!!! We appreciate everyone involved connected with ARS...always very accommodating and explain it all!! Thank you!!

I actually have plumber and HVAC appointments today. Mark came this morning and quickly assessed the problem with my kitchen faucet. So fast and professional!!
