Joshua and John showed up on time, and solved our sewer drain clog. They explained all the possible issues, pulled up our sewer line map from the city and explained the line route, discussed what we could be looking at in the future and potential costs, with no sales pressure at all. Made themselves very trustworthy. I saved their contact info.

Tre Egen was very nice and knowledgeable. He fixed all my kitchen faucet leak problems in a timely manner. The price was very reasonable. I am very pleased with the service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company and Tre Eden to all my friends.

We needed our kitchen sink unclogged on a Saturday on short notice and Tre came out and not only fixed the sink, but helped straighten out my previous shoddy plumbing work! Highly recommend if you need a plumber during non business hours, will definitely call them again for future plumbing needs.

Tre E. with Rescue Rooter arrived on time, was courteous and patient in understanding the inspection I needed. He efficiently inspected all the plumbing fixtures in my home, answered my questions, and offered insight into warnings signs to watch out for in the future. He documented his evaluation while onsite and left me with a copy. I recommend!

The plumber, Tre, was friendly, patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. He did his absolute best to try to fix the problem but it turned out we needed access to another apartment to fix it, so we will need to do that another time. I thought the service was just excellent!

We had a main sewer line backup and called Rescue Rooter. Technician Dennis Poznyur diagnosed the problem quickly and explained the options, pricing, and timeframe. Supervisor John assisted with camera and price for long term solution to our problem. Everything was handled professionally and timely.

The Rescue Rooter team responded immediately to my sewer line backup on Christmas Day, got things flowing again, and followed up quickly with the necessary repairs to the line. Our main sewer drain had a large block causing a back up of our toilets and bathtubs. We called Rescue Rooter and Robert was at the house within 2 hours. He looked at the problem, talked through solutions. Dontae also came to scope the line. With the camera we were able to clearly see the block and the full extent of the issue. Robert came back and jet washed the line and fixed the front toilet. The service was excellent and the workers were friendly and all our plumbing works great now. Thank you!

Cody was awesome! The team was great and would call every hour to let me know the update on my technician. When Cody arrived he assessed my drain and knew just what the issue was. He was polite, knowledgeable and quick. I’ll happily call Rescue Rooter again if I need them.

My house flooded because my water heater broke. Dennis arrived and had to work for over 16 hours to retrofit my water heater. He stayed until the work was done, and did a FABULOUS job! Thanks so very much, Dennis, for your meticulous work! BRAVO!

Bryce Henry, our plumbing technician, made me so happy that we chose Rescue Rooter. He was extremely personable and affable. After telling him our problem, he ran through what the likely causes could be. He identified and fixed the issue faster than I could have imagined. And it was a far more reasonable price than I had guessed. I strongly recommend Bryce at Rescue Rooter in Seattle! I only wish we had called sooner!

Everyone one we came in contact with from the person who helped with booking, to the one who called to give me an ETA on the tech, to the tech himself was wonderful. We had our water heater leaking and it needed to be replaced. Bryce, our tech, was informative and professional the entire time. We felt he was completely transparent in what needed to be done and how he would fix it. He was patient with all of our questions and went over the work several times with us so we were comfortable with what he was doing and why he was doing it. Would highly recommend him.
